Commissioner Dan Lowrance receives appreciation from NRCS State Conservationist for National Watershed Coalition Leadership

NRCS State Conservationist M. Darrel Dominick presented Area IV Conservation Commissioner Dan Lowrance with a memento of thanks during the July commission meeting. Lowrance is also current president of the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts.

The framed certificate read "In appreciation of excellent leadership of the National Watershed Coalition and your continuous work with the conservation partnership in Oklahoma. Thanks for "Making a Difference" for conservation."

Lowrance completed a two-year term as chairman of the National Watershed Coliation during the organization's biennial conference held May 22-25 in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
